What Could You Build?

From Plot to Possibility

Your Land

Your Vision

Your Home

These are pre-planning plots that will firstly require Planning Permission.

To help you visualise what may be possible we have provided some examples.

We have positioned these examples on different size plots so you can appreciate how properties may sit in a plot. Some will want maximum floor area for the plot others may want more garden space.

Our examples are shown over 2 floors, but if you want more space, click the button below for some ideas.
